Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or program management leading cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience defining operational frameworks, rhythm of business cadences, and cross-functional governance models.
• Experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead the unified GTM operating cadence, executive governance, and reporting structure to align global business priorities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to build and launch unified sales plays, driving consistent field adoption and measurable execution.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment and eliminate operational bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT for high-priority joint opportunities and escalations.
• Define technical and workflow requirements to guide the long-term evolution of shared GTM systems, tooling, and data infrastructure.
• Establish comprehensive program plans, analytical workstreams, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure predictable program delivery.
• Mentor and lead program managers and analysts, cultivating operational excellence, accountability, and best-in-case operational playbooks.
