Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Head of Strategic Programs Operations in Revenue Operations to orchestrate the unified GTM organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and HR to design, scale, and optimize core business frameworks, sales plays, and shared infrastructure.

In this role you will define the operational rhythm, eliminate execution friction across teams, and guide the long-term systems roadmap to drive commercial productivity and scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations or program management leading cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience defining operational frameworks, rhythms of business cadences, and cross-functional governance models.
• Experience managing people.
• MBA preferred or equivalent advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the unified GTM operating cadence, executive governance, and reporting structure to align global business priorities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to build and launch unified sales plays, driving consistent field adoption and measurable execution.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment and eliminate operational bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT for high-priority joint opportunities and escalations.
• Define technical and workflow requirements to guide the long-term evolution of shared GTM systems, tooling, and data infrastructure.
• Establish comprehensive program plans, analytical workstreams, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure predictable program delivery.
• Mentor and lead program managers and analysts, cultivating operational excellence, accountability, and best-in-class operational playbooks.
