Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Strategy & Operations Program Manager for Global Technical Enablement to act as the operational right hand to the Head of GTE. You will own the operating system of the organization, guiding multi-team programs from ideation to delivery without direct reports.

You will govern technology, financial resources, and strategic initiatives, serving as a proxy in leadership forums. This role spans across 8 time zones and 6 countries, demanding consistency, collaboration, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or technical program management with senior leaders.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and tracking budgets/OPEX or business cases.
• Ability to write and speak at leadership altitude and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and retrospectives across GTE pillars.
• Drive OKR lifecycle, cascade objectives, and mitigate schedule risks.
• Govern the decision log with owners and dates to prevent stalls after kickoff.
• Lead financial forecasting, budget tracking, and business case development for enablement infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor relationships and end-to-end platform renewals for GTE.
• Manage access and governance for enablement platforms ensuring security compliance.
• Maintain a current narrative of the business and prepare for executive reviews.
• Turn dashboards and CSAT into actionable leadership narratives.
• Coordinate with product, solutions engineering, and support teams for alignment.
