Wiz is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to support the Customer Engineering team, shaping the Systems strategy and roadmap as a business partner for our CEs. You’ll own a scalable technology strategy that enables efficient, customer-focused processes and cross-functional alignment.

This role emphasizes partnering with GTM, IT, BI, Product and Development to balance an AI-driven future with day-to-day operations, striving for world-class GTM solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems.
• Experience managing GTM systems strategy tied to Salesforce, BI, and related tools.
• Detail-oriented with documented processes, workflows, and project management.
• Excellent communication, able to produce concise summaries for senior stakeholders and assist contributors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
• Oversee system lifecycles from intake to completion with GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product and Development teams.
• Pair GTM strategy with scalable technology for high-impact results.
• Balance AI-driven future with current operational needs (keep the lights on).
• Break down silos by enabling shared functionality and role-based context across GTM systems.
• Establish standards for scaling through technology within the GTM team.
