Job summary

TA Realty LLC is seeking a senior technology leader to run the engineering and operations team focused on infrastructure, identity, and security. You will partner with investment, finance, and operations to set technical standards and drive reliable, auditable platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and close collaboration with business units. You will own governance, architecture, and embedded engineering, with responsibility for incident response, vendor management, and automation

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, operations, or solutions engineering.
• 3+ years leading people.
• Experience governing MSPs and vendors to defined outcomes.
• Strong security fundamentals: identity, least privilege, endpoint, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Set governance for MSPs/vendors and lead major incidents and DR testing.
• Define architecture, security, integrations, and platform standards.
• Develop operations/solutions engineers into embedded builders.
• Direct how engineers embed with business teams and drive adoption of outcomes.
• Lead AI enablement and governance, guiding Copilot/agent use and guardrails.
