Job summary

Horvath & Tremblay seeks a Business Technology Lead to manage the firm's technology strategy, projects, and operations as our national CRE platform scales. This hands-on leadership role coordinates leadership, brokerage, operations, and finance while driving technology initiatives to completion.

The successful candidate may not need to be a software engineer, but must excel at organization, accountability, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business, or information systems.
• 4–6 years in technology, operations or PM roles.
• 2–3 years leadership or vendor management experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional delivery mindset.
• Familiar with AI tools, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technology staff and external partners with clear priorities.
• Own projects from scoping to delivery, managing timelines and budgets.
• Identify AI opportunities to reduce admin work and boost productivity.
• Translate business needs into prioritized project plans for the firm.
• Oversee CRM, databases, and core business applications for data integrity.
