Job summary

The RealReal seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Technical Operations to lead networking, device management, and enterprise applications across corporate, retail, and authentication centers. You will drive enterprise AI enablement in collaboration with the AI team and ensure reliable, secure, scalable infrastructure while guiding a high-performing team.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technical operations leadership, multi-site experience (retail, distribution, or similar)
Experience deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI platforms
Deep hands-on knowledge of networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure for distributed locations
Proven track record managing enterprise applications and vendor/stakeholder relationships
Experience building mature incident and problem management functions
People-first leadership with ability to attract and develop top talent
Ability to partner with Security, Product & Technology, Finance, and Retail Operations leaders
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong communication to executives
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Own and evolve technical operations strategy across networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure for corporate, retail, and authentication centers
Lead enterprise AI enablement in partnership with AI leadership
Manage enterprise applications roadmap and partnerships (NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Okta)
Build and mature incident and problem management with postmortems and continuous improvement
Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure for stores and authentication centers
Align operations with broader enterprise architecture and AI platform strategy
Set SLAs, metrics, and vendor management across services and SaaS providers
Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team
Drive automation and self-service to reduce manual toil
Serve as escalation point to executive stakeholders on operations, risk and resilience
