WEB-TPA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to set technology strategy and architecture for Engagement Technology, driving cloud migration, architectural simplification, and AI adoption across products and engineering.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, the AI COE, Data COE, Security, and other engineering leaders, and you must be credible with engineers and persuasive with executives. This leadership role requires strong people management, cross-product oversight, and a track record

Qualifications

• 7+ years related work experience in software engineering and architecture, including enterprise-wide scope for the Senior Director level.
• Deep hands-on technical skills across web and mobile, API and event-driven integration, iPaaS, identity, and cloud-native architecture.
• Demonstrated ownership of target-state architecture in a multi-product environment.
• Experience leading cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Practical experience applying AI to the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence across Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure organizations.
• Credible with engineers and persuasive with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture across product, platform and integrations.
• Lead solution architecture for major initiatives and governance.
• Drive cloud migration and modernization across teams.
• Scale AI tooling and SDLC standards; measure adoption.
• Influence Enterprise Architecture and security groups.
• Mentor engineers and grow the Engagement Technology team.
