TA Realty LLC is seeking a product-oriented leader to own the data and AI platform. You will align with investment, asset management, and finance to turn problems into testable definitions and shipped capabilities. You will ensure the platform delivers value and remains current with governance and adoption metrics.

You will prototype with SQL and AI tools, drive releases, and collaborate with data engineering to automate checks. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or analytics delivery.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous problems into shipped outcomes.
• Fluent in data; able to read SQL, discuss warehouse and BI design with engineers.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to prototype and evaluate outputs.
• Ability to define success through metrics, acceptance tests, and evals.
• Clear communication with executives and investment professionals.

Responsabilités

• Own roadmap for data and AI platform with measurable outcomes.
• Turn requests into reusable platform capabilities via intake and discovery.
• Define precise definitions of done, including AI output evaluations.
• Prototype ideas against real data using SQL and AI tools.
• Ensure release readiness with Data Engineering and automate checks.
• Define usage and outcome metrics, maintain documentation and training.
