Job summary

TA Realty LLC in Boston seeks a strategic leader to unify operations, governance, and AI enablement across engineering, finance, and operations teams. You will guide MSPs, own technology spend, and drive incident response while maintaining audit-ready controls.

You will mentor engineers to become embedded builders delivering measurable business outcomes, and set the bar for security, identity, and platform governance in support of SEC and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, operations, or solutions engineering with leadership experience
• Hands-on command of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and scripting in the last year
• Experience governing MSPs/vendors to defined outcomes including spend and audits
• Track record of growing engineers from support or operations into higher-leverage roles
• Strong security fundamentals: identity, least privilege, endpoint, data protection (SOC 2/ISO 27001 alignment)

Responsibilities

• Set service levels with MSPs and vendors; lead major incidents and root-cause analysis
• Define standards for integrations, identity, platforms, and audits for SEC/Reg S‑P and SOC 2/ISO 27001
• Develop operations and solutions engineers into embedded builders aligned to business outcomes
• Direct how engineers embed with business teams; hands-on involvement in work and adoption
• Lead AI enablement and governance initiatives for Copilot and agent platforms
