You will collaborate with Product Support, Go-To-Market, and Product teams to accelerate tool adoption and optimize regional workflows.

The role demands 7+ years in commercial real estate and tech adoption, with deep AI proficiency and a track record of leading multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate and technology adoption.
• Expertise in AI, including workflows and automation for brokerage processes.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs independently.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market AI expert across the broker deal cycle and tools.
• Define adoption metrics and build dashboards to track performance.
• Build relationships with brokerage leaders to influence adoption priorities.
• Deliver enablement programs and scalable playbooks across markets.
• Develop communities of practice and mentor power users.
