Job summary

CIRE Equity is seeking a CTO to lead technology and data direction at a $1B+ AUM private equity real estate firm. This is a full-time ELT-level role requiring hands-on leadership and the ability to translate business goals into a practical technology roadmap.

The successful candidate will own AI initiatives, data architecture, security posture, and vendor negotiations, while mentoring staff and collaborating with department leads to close workflow gaps with automation.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on technology leader with practical AI/ML experience.
• Experience in B2B, ERP, or regulated-data environments.
• Ability to own roadmaps and drive implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI initiatives, architecture, and automation roadmap.
• Define data architecture standards and data flows.
• Lead product evaluations and ROI-driven tech decisions.
• Establish governance, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
