Job summary

Journal Technologies seeks a visionary Head of the Supervision Business Unit to drive profitability and growth across the BU. You will partner with the CEO to define strategy and lead cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth to deliver outcomes for probation, parole, pretrial, and related justice services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, justice technology, government technology or public sector tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of the Supervision Business Unit, including profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Develop and execute the BU strategy in partnership with the CEO, aligning with vision and priorities.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams to achieve BU objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, increase operational efficiency, and expand product-led implementations.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities based on customer needs, trends, and objectives.
