Job summary

Journal Technologies is seeking a Head of the Courts Business Unit to provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for the Courts BU. You will partner with the CEO to define and execute the BU strategy while guiding cross-functional teams across Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth to drive growth and exceptional customer outcomes.

• Proven leadership of a business unit or major product line.
• Experience balancing customer needs with operational excellence.
• Track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Experience working with executive customers in government/public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Courts BU success including profitability and growth.
• Develop and execute BU strategy with CEO alignment.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams.
• Drive operational efficiency and product-led implementations.
• Influence product strategy based on customer needs and trends.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics and take corrective actions.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to grow the business.
• Ensure successful delivery of implementations and customer success outcomes.
• Represent the BU with customers, industry groups, and partners.
