Journal Technologies seeks a strategic Head of Operations for the Courts BU to lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth. The role anchors business strategy with the CEO, driving profitability, growth, and excellent customer outcomes throughout the Courts portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading a business or cross-functional organization with growth responsibilities.
• Experience leading Agile cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Courts Business Unit’s profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Develop and execute the BU strategy in partnership with the CEO.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and product-led implementations.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor BU financial and operational metrics and drive profitability.
