Job summary

Journal Technologies seeks a strategic Head of the Prosecutor Business Unit to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth for the Prosecutor segment. You will partner with the CEO to shape strategy, oversee Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth, and deliver strong financial and customer outcomes across a growing market.

You will manage stakeholder relationships with executive customers and drive initiatives that align with the company’s vision for justice technology and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, justice/government technology, or related industries.
• Experience leading a business or cross-functional organization with responsibility for performance and growth.
• Ability to balance customer needs, operational excellence, and financial performance in strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Prosecutor Business Unit's profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Develop and execute BU strategy in partnership with the CEO and align with company priorities.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth teams to achieve BU objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, expand product-led implementations, and influence product roadmaps.
• Represent the BU with customers, industry groups, and strategic partners.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and measurable business results.
