Job summary

Journal Technologies Inc. is seeking a Head of the Courts Business Unit to provide strategic leadership and accountability for the Courts division.

You will define and execute the business strategy while leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in enterprise software or public sector technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of the Courts Business Unit, including profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Develop and execute the BU strategy in partnership with the CEO, ensuring alignment with vision and priorities.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams to achieve BU objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and expand product-led implementations.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor BU metrics and identify opportunities to increase profitability and growth.
• Build executive relationships with customers and act as sponsor for strategic accounts.
