Journal Technologies seeks a Head of the Prosecutor Business Unit to provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for the success of the Prosecutor division. Working closely with the CEO, this leader will define and execute the business strategy while leading cross-functional Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement functions within the Business Unit.

• Progressive leadership in enterprise software or public sector tech.
• Experience building and executing business strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in Agile.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and profitability.
• Experience with executive-level customer relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction for the Prosecutor BU.
• Define and execute BU strategy with CEO alignment.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams.
• Drive operational efficiency and product-led implementations.
• Influence product roadmap based on needs and trends.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts.
