Journal Technologies is seeking a Head of the Prosecutor Business Unit to provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for the Prosecutor business. Working closely with the CEO, this leader will define and execute the business strategy while leading the cross-functional Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement functions within the Business Unit.

• Own the Prosecutor BU's profitability, revenue growth, and performance.
• Develop and execute BU strategy with the CEO's guidance.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams.
• Drive process improvements and product-led implementations.
• Influence product strategy based on customer needs and market trends.
• Set BU priorities and make cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Monitor financial metrics and drive profitability and growth.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to grow the business.
• Ensure successful delivery of implementations and customer outcomes.
• Represent the BU with customers, industry groups, and partners.
