Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Customer service experience and skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, other customers, and internal teams including money in, money out, and technical services.
• Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to help ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
