Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow our strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. You will build programs from the ground up, activate partners, and deliver measurable pipeline with cross-functional teams.

You will lead a small team, manage executive relationships, and co-develop an ecosystem strategy including potential GCP collaborations as the market evolves.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles with hyperscaler experience.
• Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs, co-sell mechanisms, portals.
• Track record building alliance programs from scratch, not just operating existing books.
• Experience leading and developing a team; able to set direction without heavy oversight.
• Comfortable at executive level with partners and customers; can manage program mechanics hands-on.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate programs into internal playbooks.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other AI ecosystem partnerships is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale Anthropic partnership programs from scoping to reimbursement.
• Build repeatable playbooks for funded customer activations and align with partner teams.
• Grow Provectus standing in the Claude Partner Network and manage executive relationships.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day, including eligibility, renewals, and Premier Tier.
• Create co-sell motions with AWS field teams and expand ecosystem partnerships.
• Lead a team of partner managers and drive pipeline from partner programs.
• Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; relay partner intelligence.
