Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and build our partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. You will design and scale partner activation programs, manage funded engagements, and drive a repeatable co-sell motion with AWS field teams.

You will lead a team of partner managers, align with engineering, SO, and marketing leadership, and develop early-stage ecosystem partnerships. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances or partnerships.
• Experience managing hyperscaler relationships (Anthropic; AWS preferred).
• Built alliance programs from scratch; not just run existing books.
• Proven team leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to engage executives with partners and customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear internal playbooks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences; travel up to 40%.
