Job summary

Provectus IT, Inc. is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow strategic partnerships, including Anthropic and AWS. You will build programs from the ground up, manage funded enablement engagements, and drive joint pipeline with cross-functional teams.

The role requires leading a team of partner managers and developing repeatable partner activation motions. You will maintain AWS Premier status, explore GCP and others, and travel up to 40% for customer meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles with hyperscaler experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with partner programs, funding mechanisms, and co-sell motions.
• Proven track record building alliance programs from scratch and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Anthropic and AWS alliances end-to-end, including activation programs, funding milestones, and co-sell motions.
• Lead a team of partner managers, set priorities, and establish an operating cadence for the alliances function.
• Turn partner programs into pipeline through co-marketing campaigns, joint solutions, and partner-sourced revenue.
• Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; gather partner intelligence for leadership.
