Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow its Anthropic and AWS partnerships. You will create programs from the ground up, run end-to-end partner activation, and build a repeatable, funded motion that drives pipeline with executive stakeholders.

You will lead a team of partner managers, coordinate with engineering, SO, and marketing leadership, and expand the ecosystem to include GCP and others as the market evolves.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
• Direct experience with partner programs and funding mechanisms (MDF, MAP).
• Proven track record building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team; coach and set direction.
• Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers; hands-on when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate programs into playbooks.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences is preferred.
• Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other AI ecosystem partnerships is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Anthropic partnership end-to-end - activations, funded engagements, and reimbursements.
• Create repeatable, fundable playbooks for partner activations and joint initiatives.
• Grow Provectus's standing in Claude Partner Network and manage tier changes.
• Develop executive relationships at Anthropic to advocate for Provectus.
