Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. You will build programs from the ground up, manage executive relationships, and drive measurable pipeline with cross-functional teams.

You will lead a team of partner managers, maintain AI competency requirements, and explore early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
• Experience managing hyperscaler relationships (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
• Track record of building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction.
• Executive-level interaction with partners and customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences.
• Experience with GCP, OpenAI, or other AI ecosystem partnerships preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for business activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Anthropic partnership activation programs: identify target accounts, align scope, coordinate delivery, and reimbursement.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day: keep current on competency requirements, renewals, and premier tier status; build co-sell motion.
• Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities and operating cadence.
• Turn partner programs into pipeline via cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery.
• Identify early-stage partnerships with GCP and other ecosystem players.
• Track competitive alliance landscape and identify white spaces Provectus can occupy.
• Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events to gather intelligence.
