Job summary

Provectus is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to grow revenue by converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into clients, and by building new enterprise pipelines in Financial Services and Life Sciences.

You will own deals end-to-end, collaborate with BD leadership, travel up to 40%, and report to leadership. This role combines hunter and partner-seller responsibilities in a fast-paced AI services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, or sales in B2B tech.
• Hands-on with technology partner ecosystems (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, etc.).
• Proven track record moving deals from prospecting to close.
• Strong written and verbal communication with VP-level stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and enterprise adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
• Run discovery, scope opportunities with architects, own deals through the sales cycle.
• Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
