Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow its most strategic partnerships, especially Anthropic and AWS. This build-and-lead role will create the alliance programs from the ground up and turn them into measurable pipeline.

In this role you will manage partner activation, align with Anthropic and AWS teams, and lead a small team of partner managers to drive co-sell initiatives and ecosystem expansion across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances or partnerships roles.
• Experience managing hyperscaler relationships (pref. Anthropic and AWS).
• Proven ability to build alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Strong executive-level communication with partners and customers.

Responsabilités

• Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs.
• Create repeatable plays for funded activations with target accounts.
• Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network.
• Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic—leadership and product teams.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day and maintain Premier Tier.
• Build co-sell motions with AWS field teams and plan joint accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of partner managers.
• Identify early-stage partnerships with GCP and others.
