World Wide Technology is seeking a Strategic Resourcing specialist to manage internal SR requests in Salesforce from start to finish. You will own the SR workflow, collect required data, and help prepare accurate SOWs aligned with sales inputs.

You will collaborate with Sales, SR Ops and regional managers, ensure proper approvals, maintain deal artifacts and provide proactive status updates. Strong Excel and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred (Bullhorn, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).
• Financial acumen and Excel experience are required.
• Experience with Global Financial customers.
• Baseline knowledge of World Wide Technology.
• Baseline knowledge of Professional Services and outsourcing/managed services/partner led engagements.
• Experience in staffing or recruiting industry a plus.
• Baseline IT/Technical industry knowledge is a plus.
• Able to educate resources on WWT reach back and culture (Platform/ATC, etc.).
• Ability to present WWT Go-to-Market materials and promote support mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation).
• Ability to learn quickly and desire to be a leader.
• Independent work capability and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute all Strategic Resourcing (SR) Internal Requests (IRs) within Salesforce from assignment through completion.
• Own the administrative workflow for SR opportunities, ensuring all required fields, documentation, and approvals are complete.
• Coordinate with Sales, SR Operations, and SRC/GSO to collect information and documentation for SR opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to gather inputs for SOW creation including scope, roles, pricing and duration.
• Coordinate the creation, revision and readiness of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Collaborate with Regional Strategic Resourcing Senior Managers for SOW review and validation.
• Ensure SR Senior Manager engagement for final review before approval.
• Drive IRs and SOWs through all required stages with timely progression.
• Track missing information, approvals and documentation to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain organization of deal artifacts: SOWs, quotes, approvals and supporting docs.
• Demonstrate expertise in Excel and basic financial analysis to support SOW accuracy.
• Provide visibility to internal stakeholders on IR progress and deal status.
• Build relationships with Regional SR Senior Managers for efficient SOW review.
• Support deal progression including prelims, extensions and renewals.
• Ensure all work is documented for SR review and approval, and identify process gaps for improvements.
