Job summary

Cribl is hiring a senior leader to head Solutions Engineering, guiding a high-visibility, multi-product pre-sales organization. You will shape the GTM strategy, drive PoV programs, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful multi-product wins.

You will mentor SE Managers, champion AI-enabled enablement, and optimize pre-sales workflows across time zones while maintaining a strong customer-first ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers and regions.
• Proven ability to communicate with executive-level customers.
• Experience with multi-product/platform selling motions.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV execution to accelerate sales cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Marketing) to align on strategy and execution.
• Represent Cribl's product portfolio in executive-level discussions and PoV events.
