Cribl is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Leader to guide a high-visibility team and shape Cribl's GTM strategy across a multi-product platform. You will lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers, mentor teams, and drive AI/automation adoption in pre-sales workflows while collaborating with sales and product leadership.

This is a remote-first role with travel involvement. You will partner with revenue leaders to hit regional quota and optimize PoV conversions, supporting Cribl's growth across Stream,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive customers and teams.
• History of leading a technical pre-sales team in a software company.
• Experience managing multi-product/platform selling and large Enterprise deals.
• Able to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and optimize PoV to accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful handoffs and adoption.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and manage cross-functional resources.
• Mentor managers and engineers to maintain a Customer First mindset.
