Job summary

Cribl is seeking a strategic pre‑sales leader to guide a high‑visibility SE organization across the AMER region. You will shape GTM for the multi‑product platform, drive PoV delivery, and partner with sales, CS, and product to optimize binding opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in customer-facing pre-sales leadership.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders).
• Experience supporting large, complex Enterprise deals, multi-product bundling, or on-prem-to-cloud moves.
• Ability to teach consultative, land-and-expand selling methodology.
• Demonstrated mindset of leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform, driving PoV delivery and pre-sales efficiency.
• Shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales leadership and optimize PoV conversion rates and sales cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve team goals and present to executives.
• Represent Cribl's product portfolio in executive-level demonstrations and PoV events.
