Qualifications

• 5–10 years of high-tech leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced remote-first startup environment.
• Proven mentoring and performance-management track record.
• Experience selling monitoring/data/visualisation products.
• English fluency required; a second European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Direct the day-to-day region planning and outcomes with leadership guidance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering to drive adoption and expansion in SEMEA.
• Own quarterly targets and report progress; lead regional initiatives and customer programs.
