Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic customer engagements across the US. You will be the technical face of PagerDuty to CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering, guiding digital transformations and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management in SaaS/DevOps.
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives at Fortune 500 or global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles and customer journeys

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between customers’ strategic needs and PagerDuty’s product roadmap.
• Evangelize PagerDuty Operations Cloud to enterprise buyers and at industry events.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align US market roadmap and requirements.
• Provide architectural oversight for large, high-stakes enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster DevOps/SRE communities and discuss AI ethics in operations.
