Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead North America Solution Consulting and Value Engineering, spanning architects, demo engineers, and value engineers across segments. You will shape strategy, partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership, and scale our consulting motion to improve net revenue retention and expansion.

You will hire, mentor, and coach a team, drive POVs, and design reference architectures and POV infrastructure for strategic pursuits,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive growth in technical sales roles with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue across a wide range of customers and technologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern DevOps/SRE workflows, APIs and system integrations, and observability or incident management tooling.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives.
• Track record of managing leadership metrics including POV-to-close, net revenue retention, and ARR influence.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for the North America Solution Consulting organization across multiple segments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive product direction and customer success.
• Build scalable playbooks and a Global Center of Excellence with repeatable engagement frameworks.
• Hire and mentor a high-performing team to execute current and future goals.
• Lead partners and executives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of sales motions.
• Own the full customer journey, surface expansion opportunities, and drive executive-level business reviews.
