PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical face of PagerDuty across the US. You will partner with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering to redefine digital operations and resilience.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud and mentor regional sales teams while guiding executive customers through complex transformations. You will lead architectural conversations, drive strategic advisory across the product roadmap, and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic bridge to CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering across US enterprises.
• Evangelize PagerDuty Operations Cloud and mentor sales teams.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise opportunities in the US.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.
