PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering organization, spanning architects, demo engineers and value engineers.

This role partners with Sales, Product and Customer Revenue leadership to shape product direction, customer success and net revenue retention. You will hire and mentor a global team, build scalable playbooks, and oversee POVs, reference architectures, and executive sponsorship in strategic

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with 3+ years in a senior people-management role.
• Proven ability to partner with sales leadership to drive revenue across customer segments.
• Experience selling SaaS/cloud technologies to IT operations, engineering or CTO offices.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and executive-level communication abilities.
• Experience tracking and improving leadership metrics like NRR, POV-to-close, and ARR.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue to influence product direction and outcomes.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks to standardize demo engineering and POVs.
• Hire, coach and mentor a high-performing team across regions and segments.
• Drive execution of strategic deals, managing POVs and reference architectures.
