PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead the North America team, driving revenue and customer success through strategic pre-sales, solution architecture, and value engineering.

You will shape the organization, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership, and scale demos, POVs, and engagement frameworks. The role requires building teams, mentoring leaders, and delivering AI-powered, repeatable sales motions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with 3+ years in people management.
• Strategic leadership in partnering with sales to drive revenue across diverse customers.
• Experience selling into IT Ops, Engineering, CTO environments and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Define NA Solution Consulting vision across segments (Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial, Architecture).
• Represent Customer Engineering with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to influence direction and outcomes.
• Build scalable playbooks and a Global Center of Excellence for demo engineering and POVs.
