Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic, executive-facing engagements across the US. You will align customer digital transformation initiatives with the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, evangelize our platform, and mentor sales teams to accelerate enterprise deals.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure US market needs shape the long-term roadmap while maintaining a strong executive presence with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical leadership, architecture, or product management in SaaS/DevOps.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives at Fortune 500/global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with knowledge of buying journeys.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer/advisor to CTOs and CIOs, enabling digital transformations and PagerDuty Operations Cloud adoption.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in digital content.
• Collaborate with Global Product and Engineering leadership to align US market needs with the long-term roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex, high-stakes enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster a local DevOps/SRE community, sharing best practices on operational excellence and AI ethics in operations.
• Monitor market shifts and trends to guide PagerDuty's strategic opportunities.
