PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead North America strategy and execution for a high-growth presales org. You will shape the vision across architects, demo engineers, and value engineers, partnering with Sales, Product, and Revenue leadership to drive customer success and revenue retention.

You will build scalable playbooks, hire and mentor top talent, and own POV architectures for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with progression to leadership roles.
• Proven ability to partner with sales leadership to drive revenue across diverse customers.
• Experience selling SaaS/Cloud tech to IT ops, engineering, or CTO offices.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Track record of managing leadership metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the North America Solution Consulting vision spanning architects, demo engineers, and value engineers across segments.
• Represent Customer Engineering with Sales, Product, and Revenue leadership to shape product direction and outcomes.
• Build scalable playbooks and centers of excellence for demo standards and POV methodologies.
• Hire and mentor outstanding team members to scale capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize processes and growth opportunities.
• Own POVs and reference architectures for strategic pursuits and executive sponsorships.
• Lead the customer journey to protect and grow net revenue retention and drive executive reviews.
• Drive AI-powered tools and automation to scale repeatable sales motions.
