Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consulting leader to guide Demonstration capability and strategy within a dynamic pre-sales organization. You will inspire and manage a team of early-career Presales Solution Consultants, building a repeatable process that drives pipeline, effectiveness, and customer success across multiple product groups.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to work processes or decision-making.
• Strong pre-sales experience, ideally at ServiceNow.
• Thought leadership in storytelling with software products.
• Ability to coach and develop early-career contributors.
• Proven ability to lead people, process and systems.
• Build trusting relationships quickly inside and outside the SC org.
• Tactically oriented with long-term outcomes in mind.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow sales/engagement processes.
• Ability to articulate the value of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demonstration capability and strategy for the org.
• Inspire and manage a team of early-career Presales Solution Consultants.
• Create a repeatable process that drives pipeline and outcomes.
• Bring early-career SCs to demonstrate proficiency across product groups.
• Define and sponsor Demo Hub capabilities and future development.
• Extend DemoCenter to include DemoHub to support field needs.
• Partner with Marketing and Field leaders to generate pipeline.
• Create and manage a video asset library of demos.
• Develop Americas capability first, then scale to Americas/EMEA/APJ.
