Alpha is launching a brand-new campus in Springfield, MA, and seeks a high-impact leader to coach 15+ guides and drive student success through Alpha’s EdTech platform. This full-time role emphasizes leadership over traditional teaching, with a focus on data-driven decisions and campus performance.

You will hire, motivate, and guide staff to deliver Alpha’s three promises for student achievement, while building a new school from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and motivational skills for managing 15+ guides.
• Data analysis skills to drive campus decisions.
• Clear communication and public speaking ability for student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Launch Springfield location with operational excellence across 100+ students.
• Lead live workshops on life skills and feedback.
• Coach guides to meet Alpha's quality bar and drive performance.
• Make data-driven campus decisions across staff, operations, and culture.
