Alpha reimagines the school day with faster learning, stronger mentorship, and real-world skills. We are opening a Springfield campus and seek a leader who knows the local education landscape to guide a 15+ Guides team and leverage our EdTech platform.

You will build a data-informed culture, set rigorous standards, and drive the campus to become Springfield's highest-performing school from day one.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
At least 7 years in education, learning and development, coaching, business, or related field.
Experience building and leading teams of 15+ with full hiring/firing authority.
In-depth knowledge of the Springfield, MA education landscape.
Experience working with youth ages 5–14.
Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision making.
Passion for transforming education and startup mindset.

Responsibilities

Launch the Springfield campus and deliver operational excellence for 100+ students from day one.
Lead live workshops teaching life skills to K-8 students using Alpha's playbook.
Drive student outcomes by creating motivational strategies and data-driven interventions.
Coach Guides to high performance and uphold quality standards through data-backed feedback.
Oversee campus operations, engage stakeholders, and implement measurable improvements.
