Job summary

Crossover is hiring for Alpha's Springfield campus as School Director. You will lead 15+ Guides, coach, enforce standards, and translate data into action from day one.

You will not teach; you will execute and lead with Alpha's EdTech platform supporting instruction. A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 7+ years in education with youth are required. Compensation is six figures with day-one health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, business, or related field.
• Direct experience building and managing teams of at least 15 people with full hiring and firing authority.
• Deep knowledge of the Springfield, MA education landscape.
• Experience working with youth ages 5 - 14.
• Strong data analysis skills and metrics-driven decision making.
• Startup mindset: thrives under pressure and builds systems from scratch.
• Compelling and energetic speaker who can engage large groups.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Launch the Springfield location and deliver Alpha's promises with operational excellence.
• Run live workshops teaching life skills and public speaking.
• Motivate students to reach goals using individualized motivational models.
• Coach Guides to uphold Alpha's quality bar with actionable feedback.
• Analyze performance and make data-driven campus decisions.
