Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, set vision, governance, and investments. The role leads the CoE, aligns stakeholders, and ensures platform health, security, and data integrity across key business lines.

You will drive architecture, standards, and a coherent Salesforce roadmap while delivering measurable business value and mentoring distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org consolidation and governance.
• 5+ years executive stakeholder management, financial planning, and business-case realization.
• Experience establishing or maturing a Salesforce CoE and platform operating model.
• Strong knowledge of data, security, integration, and architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise Salesforce vision, architecture, and investment priorities.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and drive multi-year roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure platform health, security, privacy, and regulatory controls across instances.
• Lead architecture reviews, standards, and design authority for quality and scalability.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders and translate priorities into decisions.
• Oversee rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management of Salesforce assets.
