Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology leadership overseeing enterprise platforms or customer-facing apps.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization and governance in a large, multi-unit environment.
• Proven experience building a Salesforce CoE and platform operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned to Ryder's sales & service strategies.
• Lead platform health, security, and risk management across all Salesforce instances.
• Build durable relationships with senior stakeholders and translate priorities into enterprise decisions.
• Establish design authority and ensure architectural quality and scalability.
• Guide reference architectures, integration patterns, and data governance with enterprise data teams.
• Oversee rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management of Salesforce assets.
