Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Salesforce Platform to own Ryder's Salesforce ecosystem, setting the vision, governance, and investment priorities.

You will lead the CoE, align business and technology teams, and drive secure, scalable, and value-driven Salesforce programs across multiple divisions. You will partner with enterprise architects and data leaders to ensure consistent customer and asset information, while guiding teams through transformation and risk management in a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization or consolidation.
• 5+ years executive stakeholder management, vendor/commercial negotiations, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE as a cross-functional operating model.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and regulatory controls.
• Lead relationships with Sales Operations, Service, Product, and Security.
• Oversee vendor management, licensing, and budget planning.
