Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, setting vision, governance, and investment priorities.

You will chair the Salesforce CoE, align leaders across Sales, Service, and Data, and drive a multi-year Roadmap delivering reliable, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead distributed teams, establish guardrails, and advocate for business value while ensuring architecture quality, compliance, and risk management across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation.
• Experience in executive stakeholder management and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-org strategy and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern a multi-year Salesforce vision, roadmap, and investment plan.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and build a high-performing, cross-functional operating model.
• Ensure platform health, security, data integrity, and release governance across instances.
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority, and ensure enterprise standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, budget, licenses, and value realization for Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into enterprise Salesforce outcomes.
