Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own Ryder's Salesforce ecosystem.

This leader sets the vision, governance, and investment priorities for Salesforce across business segments, ensuring platform health, security, data integrity, and measurable business value. They chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence, develop talent, guide distributed product and support teams, and manage the Ryder-Salesforce relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms or large-scale SaaS/CRM environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish Salesforce vision, governance, and multi-year roadmap across business segments.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and oversee platform health, security, and risk management.
• Lead enterprise-level stakeholder alignment and drive architectural standards and best practices.
