Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Salesforce vision, architecture, and investment plan.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and govern platform strategy across business segments.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and regulatory controls.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders with enterprise choices.
