Job summary

Cohesity in Illinois is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a team of Sales Engineers, guiding technical engagements across the sales cycle. You will partner with Sales Managers to secure new opportunities and ensure high-quality pre-sales deliverables, including product demos, workshops, and POC execution.

The role requires strong leadership, enterprise security knowledge, and the ability to coach engineers for effective customer outcomes. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong pre-sales and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience coaching sales engineers and delivering customer-focused demos.
• Understanding of enterprise security concepts and data protection is a plus.
